Batman & Hawkman by the Kuberts
The late Joe Kubert was not only a prolific artist, but a prolific co-creator with wife Muriel. You play odds like that with a comic book artist parent, you’re likely to get more comic book makers.
Sons Adam and Andy have made their mark as well-regarded mainstream artists working for DC, Marvel and other publishers. This piece pencilled by Andy and inked by Joe is nice because it includes Hawkman, one of his father’s signature characters.
