Legion of Super-Heroes No. 238 Cover by Jim Starlin
Al Milgrom had just taken over editorial duties on Superboy and the Legion of Super-Heroes, and he inherited a book that was behind schedule. Paul Levitz was able to keep up with the scripting (more or less), but the Legion has a cast of thousands. A challenge for any art team.
Levitz helped out the new guy by choosing a classic two-parter written by Jim Shooter and pencilled by Curt Swan to reprint, and provided it to Milgrom with an extra text page and a wraparound cover by Jim Starlin. All it lacked in the end was a bow.
New colour and packaging by me.

This is fantastic work!
Your change to the SUPERBOY and the LEGION of SUPER-HEROES logo (first version) took one of the worst comic book logos ever and turned it into something exciting and beautiful! Amazing work! Thank you for sharing this.
